If a product arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the package and product and contact us promptly with the order number and supporting photographs. Cancellation requests may be accepted only before an order has entered production, processing, customization, or dispatch. For standard products, cancellation may be possible before dispatch, subject to our cancellation procedure. For customized, personalized, made-to-order, or specially produced products, cancellation may not be possible once production has commenced, except where required by applicable law or where the product is defective or otherwise does not conform to the order. Where a cancellation is accepted, eligible refunds will be processed in accordance with the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Once production of a customized product has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible. If you provide artwork, photographs, logos, text, or other material for customization, you represent that you have the necessary rights or permission to use that material.
